This cup and warmer is Awesome! It stays on as long as your cup is on the warmer. It goes off when you lift your cup and drink and then back on when you put your cup down! My coffee stays hot and enjoyable to drink no matter how slow I sip it. The mug itself is perfect size and the handle is also perfect size for my husband and myself. This coffee mug is durable ceramic, It is worth the purchase. It is simple to use and safe as long as you take your cup off when finished. Get it…you won’t be sorry.

Very simple to use. Would make an excellent gift to someone! However I wish there were temperature settings changes. But it doesn't matter because it makes my drink hot enough!

I gave this coffee warmer as a gift to my mom for Christmas. She didn’t end up being a huge fan of it just because she didn’t really want a coffee warmer apparently, but I ended up using it for a while before I left. It works fine, it’s definitely better to keep drinks warm then to warm them up from cold. I wouldn’t say it kept my coffee/tea piping hot unless there was less than half a cup of liquid left, but it definitely kept it warm-to-hot. Personally, I think that’s kind of a good thing since ideally your coffee should be piping hot when you put it on the warmer to begin with, and if a person is consistently drinking from the mug, it should keep it at about the right temperature. The hot plate does not get hot enough to burn your hand unless you hold your hand on it for 8+ seconds (in which case, that’s your fault). There’s no way to injure yourself by just knocking into it a little bit or touching it while grabbing your cup. The weight thing is great, it turns off when you lift up your cup and stays on as long as there’s a mug on there. The click is audible. If it doesn’t automatically go on when your cup is almost empty or is empty, press down slightly and it will stay on as long as there’s some weight to hold it there. Overall good product

I'm so happy with my purchase! I especially love that it automatically shuts on and on when you set down your mug or take it off. I also like the mug that came with it but it still works with all of my own mugs.

If you are like me, and forget about your coffee on your desk until it is tepid or cold, then this product is for you! It turns on when you place your mug on it, and turns off when you lift up your mug. No need to worry about whether you forgot to turn it off. Keeps your coffee warm, even with a regular mug that is not flat bottomed. It came with a mug which is completely flat, with the recommendation that you use similar mugs, but I have found that any of my regular mugs work perfectly. Highly recommend this for yourself and anyone you know who sips coffee or tea at their desk.

I was so ready to love this mug warmer, and at first it seemed promising: it turned off and on as described and looked sleek and clean. But the reality is that it just didn't keep my drink hot enough. I left my mug on it extra-long, too, and still the drink was just passably warm. I agree that the less liquid in the mug, the hotter it gets, but I expected the unit to keep the full mug hot too. I envy those who it worked for; I really did want to keep it.

Bought this as a gift for my husband’s desk. One of the least expensive things I got him. He told me yesterday it was low key his favorite item. He works from home and makes his coffee in the morning but can get busy and the coffee gets cold. With this, when he remembers it, the coffee is still hot. I like that it shuts off when the cup is removed as a safety precaution. Also, it comes with a cup, but according to him, it’s too small. This fits his giant Star Wars mug just right. I’ve added this to the list of things for my daughter when she goes to college next year.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas but when it came it has a US plug so I bought an adapter. The voltage of the device is lower than UK sockets so upon first use it exploded and could have caused a fire. This product should come with a suitable UK adapter or should not be sold in the UK

What a total rip-off. We spent over $100 on this items and the moment we plugged it in and it heated up (10 minutes ago), our noses were hit with the putrid smell of burning plastic. There is no plastic back or sticker on the device... something is clearly wrong with this thing. We will not use it again, and we will try to get our money back. What a complete disappointment and what a poorly made device.

Beware, this product is not designed to work with dual voltage. It is only rated to 110v, kids bought it for mum and when it was plugged in there was a very strong smell of electronics burning out. On the plus side the return and refund of the product was very straightforward

Sadly this product seemed to be broken and was leaking some sort of stinky chemical. We have returned.
