Black Hello Cup

I’m pretty active and have a long, narrow internal structure. This means I always need a very firm cup that’s small diameter, longish, and easy to grip. I used MeLuna Sport size S with the ring pull for ages, which worked fine, although the rim made it difficult to insert and remove. When I got a new cup I wanted something that could be more easily inserted and removed on the go. After a lot of research I landed on the Hello cup size XS. Technically I’d probably be better off with the high cervix version from their official website, but it’s too expensive. This one still works well and isn’t too difficult to reach, which for half the company price is great. It’s also much easier to work with and quicker to insert/remove than the MeLuna and never leaks, so I’m plenty happy with it.

Been using Saalt teen cup for a while now and wanted to try other cup. Hello cup fit in my budget considering that I only wanted to try it but it works! The Hello cup came with a cut packaging, a small purse, and care instructions.For comparisons, they are almost the same size. The Hello cup was a firmer and a bit more narrow than the Saalt cup. However, it didn’t give pressure to my bladder unlike with Saalt. Never had leaks with it (I still wear panty liners just incase but so far so good). It’s very comfortable to wear and I use it more often than my old Saalt.

Comfy and size is great. But the stem doesn’t have a great grip for removal. Loop or hollow tube designs work way better for removal. It needs some additional grooves or something to improve the grip.

I’ve only tried the diva cup, the disk, and now hello cup but the hellocup is by far my favorite. I’m very petite with a low cervix so the other brands I tried worked just not as well as the hellocup.If you’ve tried the diva cup, hellocup is very similar except that it’s softer and shorter (and prettier)But everyone has different bodies so save yourself some money (and cramps) and note how low your cervix is while you’re on your periodThe holding bag sent with it is white cotton so maybe not the supreme choice there but no big deal in my opinion

Love this cup!!! Just a note though, if it's your first time using a cup you might feel a bit of discomfort and find it tricky but once you get the hang of using it, it's a great cup highly recommend.

By far the best menstrual cup I have used. The Hello cup is more durable, better quality and softer than the Diva and Saalt cups. Neither the Diva or the Saalt cups last longer than a year.

I love it, it’s very confortable to wear it all day
