This item was so inexpensive, I figured it probably wouldn't work....but I would only be out ten bucks if it didn't, so I figured what the heck. To my surprise, it works! It inflates with the same type bulb as a blood pressure machine, and inflates quickly and easily. Takes the pressure off my neck and relaxes all the supporting muscles. My neck feels wonderful after using it!

My chiropractor recommended this product and I have admit I was skeptical. I was a little worried I would feel like my neck/throat was being squeezed. I can pleasantly say I am not being choked by this, it is comfortable and easy to use. Is it likely to reverse the aging process and restore my neck vertebrae to their original position and height? No and if that's your expectation then don't buy this. It does bring about some temporary relief improving bothersome symptoms.

I ordered this along with the cervical traction trigger point pillow apparatus thing LOL. It did wonders! This on the other hand, made me feel I like if I moved too suddenly..I would be paralyzed. Not for me!

I used this for when I’m nursing my baby and I’m in an uncomfortable position, it truly helped my neck from cramping up. And my husband uses it when we drive our 4 our trips back home. We both really enjoy it

I have a small head and just didn't work well for me.

Not amazing but it does provide some relief. Not something I would wear for any longer than a couple minutes. The pump came off after the first use but tbh it's faster to inflate by mouth.

This is great for elongating your neck and keeping your head in good alignment.
