This pillow has made my back pain go away in the car. I’m a home health therapist and spend a lot of time in the car and was having back pain on my longer drives. This pillow provides support and corrects my posture while driving. I use the straps that come with it to keep it in place so I don’t have to constantly adjust it and it’s worked well.

I've purchased this back pillow twice, so I definitely recommend. If it feels too large for your back, just give it some time to settle in. I've been on many long road trips and this really helped me. Especially since I have a Prius, which has terrible seats.

Seemed to be of decent quality, straps are adjustable. It fit okay in my Toyota Prius, which are infamous for seats that have zero lumbar support (unless you buy a expensive higher trim level).It didn't work out for me though, as it it too thick, and has me positioned too far foward on the seat. My thighs aren't well supported, and I couldn't figure out a seat position that worked. My neck was really hurting me too.The biggest issue for me is that due to the thickness, I was moving left and right in the seat far more than with the original car seat. This made me feel kind of motion-sick because particularly on turns, I was sliding around a lot more than I am used to. I relegated this cushion to my computer chair, and I'll see if it works better there.I'm looking for a smaller lumbar support that doesn't "cradle" one so much.

Purchased this for my mother, who has sharp back pain. She likes the memory foam and the height of the item. She also loves the portability and functionality of the item. She has used it with her office chair, sofa, and car. The memory foam feels sturdy but not rigid.

I have to sit at my computer for work for 8 hours a day and it definitely takes a toll on you when your posture isn't right. This has helped me keep a great posture at my desk while also being comfortable. It does take some getting used to when you've been used to bad posture and just sitting however for so long, but well worth it. It's nice and thick, but not too thick to where I don't have room to sit on my chair.

I searched and searched for a soft option and hoped this item was the answer but it is stiff and I can’t get comfortable sitting on the sofa. I would say I am medium sized so it fits correctly but I have significant back pain and did not find this product helpful for me.

I have had many back support cushions for an office or home desk chair. Nothing as exceptional as this. I have both mid spine and lower spine severe pain. Sitting is always hard but I can remain seated much longer with this, more comfortable and not have enormous pain for hours late that is the cause for products that only support the lumbar spine. I truly love it and rarely write such glowing reviews. It places your spine in its more normal anatomic position. There is no question and I am an MD.

This things actually pretty good. Comfy too. I was like P My Ride with my work chair. I got a pelvis support one too. "Dawg. We upgrade your chair by installing a chair on your chair!"
