I ordered the T lock system to use while remodeling a bathroom. The product works great and makes leveling and keeping grout lines extremely easy. I’m an amateur laying floor tile and installing wall tile and this product proved invaluable. I have no lippage and the grout lines are uniform. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Awesome product

Love this product. I am DIY and this makes tile work better than average. I have done front door area without these and I can feel some imperfection. I wish I used this back then. I used this to do all my bathroom tiles and using these makes job go faster knowing that it will level as much as possible. Of course, if your floor is little off, there isn't much this product can do. This save my time to level one by one.

We have been using these for years. I would not accept anything that does not work well. Tips: on marble you need the shims to be clean so you don't scratch the marble. If you mortar the clip in too much it wont break off as easily as it should. You will end up trying to cut it out with a knife. (not good). We try to use non modified mortar whenever possible because its much easier to keep the whole jobsite cleaner. Modified mortar is more sticky and harder to wipe things clean causing clips to get stuck way more often. Modified mortar is better but non modified is fine and has been around much longer. One other tip is if you don't do the whole floor in one day don't forget to install the clips at the end of the row and use a level to make sure that the last row is flat to the rest of the floor.

Item worked great. Most professional job I've seen even though I did it. All tiles came out level on the floor and the walls I would recommend this item to anybody that was going to do any kind of tiling very simple and easy to use. Much easier than using those small spacers

Quick and easy

Always make tiling quick and easy, never any lippage, have to make sure start run is secure as need lots of pressure to keep tile together as you tighten clips. I work in construction and my home has less lippage then our commercial subs. Nice idiot proof system.
