I also wanted something that was double-layered so my panties would not show through and this skirt fit the bill!! It has a high waist you can fold over and wear the skirt short, or wear the skirt several inches longer by extending the waist. It runs small, read the size chart. I think it shrank after washing in cold water, line dry, I'm not sure, but it looks like it came out of washer smaller. But I love it! Looks great with a lot of different styles, with leggings and boots and a sweater in cold weather or a tank top and sandals in hot weather.
