3 1/2" White Serrated Plastic Paring Knife (Set of 2)

Although listed as paring knives, I would say they are more in the realm of small utility knives. Bought the pair for my mom; she uses them for everything. Serrated edges, so will stay sharp longer than convention edges. Several weeks ago, we used only these knives to cut into our steaks, they worked in this application as well. Very good pricing.

These little knives were just what I was looking for. They are wonderfully sharp, small and do the job. Also, they are not terribly expensive.

Sharp and good

I bought the Winco Paring Knife hoping for a reliable kitchen tool, but unfortunately it wasn’t sharp right out of the box. It struggled to slice through softer fruits and veggies without needing a lot of pressure, which was disappointing. The handle feels comfortable and the knife is well-balanced, but the lack of initial sharpness means it requires immediate sharpening before use. If you don’t mind spending time sharpening, it could work fine, but it wasn’t ready to use as soon as I got it.

Could be sharper, better off to spend a bit more for better quality. It was a plus that it was a package of 2 knives, but they just don't have the same cutting ability as another single knife I purchased at the same time. These are okay, but the more expensive one peels vegetables more efficiently.

The price is good and these knives cut very well, but the handle is not comfortable to hold. I'll keep and use but if I had a do over, I'd have not purchased it
