Stopped working
Worked a stated after install. Quit working after a month or so. Motor now runs at 100% no mater what setting I turn dial to.

Works well for power wheel upgrade
Works like it should. Was able to keep the power wheel tuned down until my son was ready to go faster.

Easy to use, very touchy
The instructions were very easy to understand. Install of this along with the Milwaukee battery adapter were no issue. I only have 2 complaints. It gets hot when your kids realize what kind of power you can get with this thing turned up to eleven. And that the adjustment knob is way sensitive. So much so that multiple times I thought the battery had died, but in reality it had just turned itself all the way down from vehicle vibration. Almost do frequently that in close to electrical taping it into place to stop it from happening. The knob needs either more friction or detents

Worked right out of the box
I am using this motor controller to control the speed of a 12vdc scooter motor that is attached to the cutting head of a robot lawn mower. So far the controller has performed to the seller's description, but I have only used it a short time.

Test with a load before deciding it is bad
The media could not be loaded. When I received this controller, the first thing I did was connect 20V to it, hook up a voltmeter to the output and test the range of voltages it would output. It didn't do anything to the output. It read a constant 20V with the knob at min and max. I assumed it was bad and returned it for another unit. Tested the second one with the same results.I then figured that they couldn't both be bad right out of the box, so I connected a load to the output (a 24V motor). With the motor and voltmeter connected to the output, the voltage would then vary depending on the position of the potentiometer (0-20V).I haven't had a chance to put this in the power wheels jeep I ordered it for, so I can't vouch for the product other than the fact that you must have load on it to see the difference in output voltage.

Great product for the price. Even better customer service.
Product works great, just make sure you dont overload it or push it to its max for a prolonged period. And it's best to add your own fuse that's near the limit of what you'll be using. This seller has greatly impressed me not only with their product but with their customer service. If you have any issues I'm sure they'll do everything to make it right.

Failed very soon after using
I'm an electrical engineer and have good understanding of electronics. Despite the unit being rated at 30 amps and the fact I installed a 25 AMP fuse between battery and this unit, I've had two of these fail now. These units have an internal fuse that did blow, when I replaced it though, the unit was dead. Sounds like they didn't know how to fuse it properly either. I won't be buying any more.

good speed control
I use mine (I have several) for DC 12 volt motor speed control and 24volt garden RR speed control they seem to do very well.
