I bought my set of Ezkami mini bands for some shoulder rehab. They are working well for that, and I can see them helping out in a number of other training situations. I travel a lot, and they will be excellent for that--taking up no packing room and being adaptable to the set-ups I might find in different places. They are inexpensive and very convenient to use, definitely an excellent value for the money. I didn't rate durability above since I have only had them a short time, but they are sturdy and well made; I expect their durability to be good. Highly recommended.

My trainer uses rubber bands at the gym. I got these for the Coronavirus shutdown. I’ve only had them a couple of weeks so I can’t speak to durability But they were here on time, the gradations seem right, they work great. Actually, I have since broken couple of ribs in a biking accident and the rubber bands have proven a godsend: with my elbow on the arm of a recliner I can do bicep curls even though I’m not ready to negotiate dumbbells into place. I hope that is forever irrelevant to you, but these are my go to exercise devices for the next few weeks.

I like how they come in their own bag so you have a place to put them and they do work well. They do sometimes fold up when you’re putting them on but they work great during exercise. They’re mostly good for leg exercises.

I read the reviews and saw the price and when I got my mini bans I was not disappointed. I use my mini bands for stretching after a good workout and warm ups also. Another thing Im using them for is speed training. These bands are light pretty stretchy and durable compared to one I bought at academy for like 15 bucks and it tore. I like the yellow one for some shoulder stability exercises. I had never used mini bands myself but definitely not disappointed. All of them color coated for heaviness and they come in a small little pouch ez to throw in the gym bag

This is the most practical way to take my workout anywhere I go and share it with others.The resistance bands are of great quality and if follow easy maintenance the little plastic wraps are not longer need it ( I sprinkle flour after an intense workout to avoid getting sticky.I love the carry on bag is super practical and I can easily hang it in my backpack while moving around.Highly recommend this brand, the quality is great.Marisol.

They're good quality and great for the price, but they're all the same size, so you can't really put it around your thighs or even feet to do leg extensions and stuff, so the size really limits your ability to fully use them.

Having my gym closed down I had to scramble for equipment, these bands shipped the fastest out of everything I ordered and are exactly what I thought they would be. I've been dealing with a knee injury so having these bands come first was perfect for getting in some resistance/strengthening exercises for my legs and glutes. I've snaped many of these types of bands at my gym, but so far these have held up nicely. Great value for the price as well, happy with the purchase.

I really like the Mimi bands. I was sceptical at first because I hadn’t seen many people use it but they are very helpful. Great for warming up, great for targeting small muscles and for getting those last burn out reps in. I absolutely love doing lay pulldowns with these. I feel like I get a better pump with the mini bands then the larger ones. Great product and would recommend getting it!
