It's mild. Non toxic.
Dr. Grey of Men are from Mars Women are from Venus fames suggested Lithium Oratate is great for those with Autism. My son on the Spectrum highly recommends it. It helps him a lot. It's mild. Non toxic. Works great.

Game Changer
This is a game changer to the management of my mood. It definitely can cause drowsiness as an expected side effect, so take it before bed. Really beneficial if you suffer from mild mood lability. I'm now much more in control of my emotions and more patient with my little kids. My confidence has improved as well. This was recommended by my doctor. Quality
I've used this now for several weeks and slowly increased my dosage up to 20mg that is reccommeded for sleep--you may need less and as tolerated. It's not a miracle cure but does indeed help. I trust this brand. They give sensible dosing on their vitamins and supplements, reasonably priced, and quality products.

Does What It’s Supposed To
Husband’s cardiology practice recommends over the counter low dose lithium for heart rhythm irregularities. After doing a little research I learned that along with cardiac care lithium can be helpful with anxiety and sleep promotion. We had been using another brand but I decided to try this one based on Amazon reviews. This formula is far more effective than the previous brand. Husband takes one capsule morning and evening for heart rhythm regulation and I take 2 at bedtime for sleep assistance. We’re both very happy with this formula!
