Catalina Crunch is a good cereal if you want something low in sugar and high in protein. It stays crunchy and has nice flavors like cinnamon and chocolate. It does have a slight aftertaste because of the sweeteners, but it’s still pretty good. A bit pricey, but worth it if you’re eating healthy.

I used to buy these at Costco all the time, but recently couldn't find them. Found them on Amazon. Perhaps Costco only carries this cereal seasonally, but I love the taste, the crunch, how satisfying they are to the "little girl" inside of me, the fact that they're low carb with lots of fiber and convenient to eat. It's all good and it's good for you.

This is one of the best high protein cereals in terms of taste, texture, and price. I write this as someone who has tried many brands (Magic Spoon, Schoolyard, Premier) and flavors. My favorite of the Catalina Crunch flavors is Cinnamon Toast. For some reason, that is also the least expensive flavor. On top of all that, this cereal provides a significant amount of fiber. It's challenging to consume the daily recommend amount of fiber, but with a few servings of Catalina Crunch, you're well on your way to meeting that recommendation.

I like this cereal just fine. I’ve only tried the cinnamon flavor based on reviews. A lot of people don’t like the taste of these cereals, but they hate the cinnamon the least. It doesn’t taste like some sugary cereal. It just - is.It is very expensive. I knocked off a star in my rating for that. I hope the manufacturer will eventually be able to bring the price point down. The protein to calorie ratio is very satisfactory.

Absolutely amazing and tastes great. Has an insane protein ratio for the macros and has become a staple for quick morning breakfasts. The cereal is slightly “stale” feeling due to the protein I believe, but I have found a ratio I like, which is to let the cereal soak in milk for 6 minutes and it feels perfect.

I bought this to add as a topping to greek yogurt bowls I eat for breakfast most days. I was not expecting much because this "high protein" stuff typically tastes like cardboard, but I figured I'd give it a whirl. This stuff is actually good and pretty close to the standard Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal taste wise. I've already ordered it again and it has become part of my regular yogurt topping rotation.

I bought this because I saw it on TikTok. I’m very disappointed. It tastes flavorless I would say close to cardboard. Did I buy the wrong flavor? The only thing that makes it good is the crunch. I will keep adding it to my yogurt bowls because it’s low cal compared to other options. But this by itself or as a cereal I don’t think so… I just had really high expectations. And I love alot of other keto protien foods this just didn’t meet the mark

Personally I liked the other 3 flavors better than the chocolate. I thought the chocolate had a bit of a Play-do taste and were a bit sticky. Honey graham is my favorite. Excellent amount of protein with good fiber and little carbohydrate. Stays nice and crunchy. Doesn’t turn to sludge in milk. Would make a nice little snack but on the pricey side.
