Illustrated History of India

Highly recommend adding to your collection. Great for kids and adults. Both my kids like the illustrations. We used them as bed time stories. It follows the syllabus of my kids 3rd grade culture class on India which is an added plus since it gives them additional visuals and background. Albeit, it is high level but it still helps.

although i knew this was a children's book, i was surprised by how babyish the book is, which would be fine if it wasn't $25. and although it says it's illustrated, most of the illustrations were cartoons, not actual photographs. i therefore can't even be sure if the drawings are historically accurate. the seller needs to include a preview so that potential buyers aren't disappointed.

It’s a very crisp yet informative book. Good for young readers of age around 6 to 8.The history of India is given in short chapters with good colorful illustration. The paper quality and print quality is amazing. It is a good buy at reasonable price. Perfect for introducing history of India

It's a great book for kids. I read the book to my 5 year old boy. It's easy and contains good pictures which is interesting for children.

It is very nice book. This is the book which I had wanted to introduce history of India to my 8 yrs old child....The history is given step by step ... I recommend this book for children who are in search of a book of history of India from start to end.

I bought this book for my 9 year old who studies at a British School. The book gives a good idea of Indian History and culture. Love the colourful illustrations and the simple language. Thank you 😊
