I can't believe I'm even saying this but describing the game I ordered is in "Excellent" condition is almost an understatement. I don't personally care about game cases but for those who do care, I will note the case is in as good of condition possible for like a 20 year old game. I also don't care about manuals (straight gamer, not a collector here) but the manual is included and looks like it's never been opened before. And the disk is immaculate, both sides like brand freaking new, not a scratch or smudge to be found. This is the second game I think I've order from the Amazon renewed program thingy and they are 2 for 2 so far with delivering great products! I mean this stuff is so nice I honestly think they may have sold me a brand new game and labeled it used because the case had been opened or something 🤷🏻♂️
