Please advise company, which produced this kinder chocolate

I received mine today (Dec 19, 2018) and the products are marked Made in Poland. The seller does say they are from EU, which Poland is technically the EU. But based on other persons answer I assumed they were from Germany. I am not sure if there is any difference, but I usually like my Kinder chocoate that is made in Germany, Italy, or England. Does someone know if there is quality difference?
