Great for String Lights
I purchased these to hold my string lights around my living room. I found lights with a clear wire and I wanted hooks that were also clear so the lights stood out but the wire and hooks blended into my walls. These were perfect!I have used command strips in the past but never with much luck. These didn’t need the walls to be cleaned or texture free, they were ready immediately, and they won’t rip paint when I remove them! I’m not sure if each pin would hold 2 lbs each in drywall but for my use they worked extremely well.40 was the perfect number for my 64 ft perimeter room (placing them every 2 ft and 2 in each corner). I had a handful left at the end which I’m sure I’ll find a use for.Highly recommend!

Perfect!
I bought these to hang prisms in the window seals of my apartment windows. These were perfect to push into the top part of the window seal and hook a hanging prism too. They are the perfect size and round hook. Would recommend

Best things "since sliced bread!"
I love, love, love these hooks! I make my own "fancy" bulletin boards, by covering two sheets of foam board with cloth, to display my jewelry. For years, I have been using the clear pushpins to "invisibly" hang each piece. But that's what they are--pushpins--so they kind of detract from the beauty of my displays. Plus pushpins are a little bit slippery/unsteady and not very good for holding up my "fishhook" earrings. These hooks have really been a great help for that purpose. But I've started to use them all over the place! I use them by my bed to hold the earphones I use for my cell phone and iPod. I pushed them into the window frame and threaded the cord for my baby monitor up from the the bottom of the frame, across the top, and over to the shelf, to keep it out of reach of the vacuum cleaner (which likes to eat it) and the cat (who enjoys chomping on it). I have a few stuck up in the bathroom, in the edges of my wooden shelves, to hold ponytail bands, some safety pins, and my wristwatches. And I have some around my desk to hold some of the super-large, rubber bands that go around file folders and to go through the holes (that are made for hanging & diplaying lightweight, re-sealable plastic packages at stores) that are on some of my smaller packets of office supplies--like mailing labels & thumbtacks.

Useful
Hung my holiday lights using these and they have held up well with weight and wind. Great hooks. Only a few have gone wonky when hammering into a wall. I like that they are clear.

Easy Way to Use Wall Space
The pinhook is a handy tool for making use of wall space that doesn't take tape (such as textured walls), as long as you don't mind damaging the wall. It is a thumbtack, so it can be difficult to push in depending on the surface you are using. It can also be pushed into the ceiling and used to hang very light decorations, like bunting.I use these for hanging keyrings, lanyards, reusable grocery bags, baseball caps, tinsel, and string lights. The hook portion is tight and is very good at keeping keyrings/handles/etc from coming back out. I would not put anything too valuable on a pinhook as they do occasionally come back out of the wall (again, this depends on the surface you are sticking it into).

Awesome
I use these hook pins to support stems of my pothos plants and they’ve worked great! Repurchased twice and will continue to purchase :)

"Holding up" nicely! ;)
I decorate my house for the big holidays, and I have a LOT of things to hang up (particularly for Halloween and Christmas). I've only used these hooks for smaller items like strings of Halloween lights since I first bought the product last month, but they are holding up nicely so far! The hook is a decent size - true to what's stated on the package. They stay embedded in the ceiling/beams nicely once strongly pushed (or hammered) in. Make sure if you do "hammer" them in that you take care and not pound them in -- the hook WILL break off! If you "tap" the hook enough times they should stay without a problem. I would heed the package's advice and not hang anything too heavy with these. I haven't tested hanging anything heavy yet so I can't speak to this aspect of the product. I would only feel comfortable commenting on something after I've used it for several weeks and know it won't fall out of the wall regardless of what I'm hanging. The indoor Halloween lights have been up for almost a month now (we start early over here :) and the hooks haven't budget since the day we put them up! Recommended!!!
