Surprised at how good my breath is in the morning
I was nervous about trying a new toothpaste because when I tried using Sensodyne, my breath in the morning, seem to be worse than when I used crust prohealth. However, my periodontist had recently directed me to floss first, use interdental brushes in between teeth next, then use a metal tongue scraper, brush my teeth, and with this toothpaste, and just a sip of water in the morning, my breath is great. I’m providing the whole routine because I’m surprised that at 50 and taking the best care of my teeth, no one has ever told me about all of these different things to do to keep my gums healthy and plump and teeth healthy. I have struggled with gum recession, which was blamed on clenching at night, so I wear a night guard and possibly brushing too hard and was recently told that I have thin gums. But we are not sure if that is genetic or has to do with brushing too hard.Seems like every one has their own opinion. As far as Dentists go. I was thankful that this periodontist told me that I could go back to using my Oral-B toothbrush if I buy the one for sensitive teeth, which has the softest toothbrush. The interdental brushes, those are to get the plaque in between the teeth that you’re not able to get through the dental floss.I hope this helps someone like me that has been desperate to just keep my real teeth until hopefully I’m 80. I love the taste of this toothpaste and I’m excited about getting away from fluoride.

So far so good
So I've only used it two days so far and this is what I've noticed. It's weird that you don't rinse your mouth out with water after. But there is no after taste like with regular toothpaste. It's doesn't foam up nearly as much regular toothpaste. I think my teeth are already whiter but it's only been two days so I might be tripping. You do get that polished feeling on your teeth after that makes them feel clean. Only thing I don't know is how long after I'm supposed to wait before I can eat. I've been doing 30 minutes but I don't know if that's right. Overall so far so good. I'll update in a month or so.

Great toothpaste if you are looking for a non fluoride alternative
I have been buying this toothpaste for a while now. I did not want anything with Fluoride and this was a suggestion by a dental hygienist. We have been very happy with it. I did do some research on this prior to buying and read nothing but good things about this product. It did not take long to get used to it, the ingredients are clean and the taste is good. I have used other alternative toothpastes and they tasted awful, this did not. Long term we will see but I know I do not wan fluoride.

Odd sensation from toothpaste, gets better with time
I want to preface by saying I've only used this toothpaste twice. I was very intrigued by the prospect of remineralization suggested by this toothpaste, but both times I have used it, my teeth tingle and throb for around a half hour after. I use a very soft tooth brush and I don't brush hard. I can confidently say I've never had this sensation with any other toothpaste. It's not painful, but it also isn't very comfortable. I'm going to be alternating it with a fluoride toothpaste from here on out, and if it continues to feel like this after using it, I'll probably discontinue use. Will update if I start seeing good results.Update: I've been using this toothpaste for about two weeks now, and the weird throbbing sensation stopped after the 3rd or 4th use. I am starting to notice a decrease in sensitivity, and I think my teeth may be a shade or two lighter. I can't say it's done any noticeable remineralization, but I'm sure things like that take longer than a couple weeks. Over all, I'm happy with it. If you try it, give yourself a week to adjust to it!

Helps a lot with my sensitive teeth!
Surprisingly mild and pleasant taste and smell. My teeth feel very clean after each use. Helps my breath without leaving an overwhelming residual odor. The taste makes it easier to leave on the teeth without rinsing like the instructions say.The tube looks cute and the top makes it easier to open when my carpal tunnel flares up.It seems to have helped more with my teeth sensitivity than sensodyne. It can be a little pricey but I keep my eye out for sales and I think the price is worth it.

5 Stars – Finally, a Toothpaste That Works for My
I've tried so many toothpastes for my son, but most of them contain SLS, which causes painful ulcers in his mouth. This mineral toothpaste has been an absolute game-changer. It's gentle, effective, and doesn't cause any irritation at all. His mouth has been ulcer-free since we made the switch, and I couldn't be more relieved. It also leaves his teeth clean and his breath fresh. This is by far the best toothpaste we've tried, and I will definitely be buying it again!

Amazing product!
If I could give more than 5 stars this is a product I'd definitely give it to. When I got this toothpaste a filling came out and was causing me alot of pain. After the first time, the pain stopped. My teeth are so much whiter. My gums don't bleed anymore. I will never use another toothpaste again! Also, it is a bit expensive, but you only use a little dot of toothpaste.
