Excellent support especially for for the Lumbar but helps the Thoracic spine too. But it was a small for me 4ft 11" Otherwise I highly recommend this Back brace and I've tried many.

Whilst this product does what it says on the tin it does have a habit of riding up but that could just be the nature of that type of produce. I was replacing a soft neoprene one and that also had a tendency to ride up. But as for doing its intended job. I am wholely satisfied.

I am 26, have a disc issue which causes a lot of extended pain and discomfort down one side waist down.I drive 100+ miles a day and work in construction, the extended sitting periods cause me a lot of discomfort.I wear this brace every day, every time i need to sit for more than 5 minutes and when the pain is really bad i throw it on for a couple of hours whilst stood up.I was recommended this back brace and others similar by my chiropractor.Everything about it is spot on but after a few months of daily use it has curled up at the edges, this means i can no longer put it on under my clothes as it causes discomfort on my waist from the velcro and stitched edges. This isn't a biggy because i can still wear it over t shirts etcThe brace itself is well put together, especially for the money and i would recommend it, just be aware these sorts of things don't last forever and essentially if you have back problems, your best relief would be from a professional. Prolonged wearing of these will give you a stiff lower back in the long run, use in moderation.

La ceintures maintien les muscles lombaires atrophiés et apporte une aide lors des efforts qui sollicitent le dos. Le réglage est facile à modifier. Je ne la porte pas constamment pour ne pas affaiblir d’avantage les muscles.
