This is good easy to use and it can cope with 1600 nm impact driver.

Worked a treat. Having spent over two hours trying to remove a steering ball joint, using one of the ring clamp removers (£15), I gave up and ordered this. It arrived the next morning, and within half a minute, it was off. The other side was the same, and fitting the new joints was a doddle. Now I have it, I'll probably never need it again, but the cost was less than one hour garage labour charges. This is a 'Don't go for a cheap option' tool. Well worth the price...Recommended.

Good tool

Does the job but could do with a slightly longer shaft I had to use a extension to get good access and hold the shaft of the tool at the same time so was a little awkward to use but that said the tool did the job with ease

Nice and sturdy product

Simply doesn't work. Fails to grip the inner rod end. Looking at the design I fail to see how this could possibly ever work. Stay clear and spend more on a branded tool

I bought this tool for use on my Mercedes Sprinter Van for the removal of the inner tie rods. However I can not recommend it, I had to use the largest size adapter which was a bit loose. But the biggest problem was the tube was not long enough to go over the tie rod, I had to cut off about 25mm length of the tie rod using a hack saw. I was then able to push the tool right onto the tie rod end coupling, then using a long breaker bar managed to remove it. Also do not attempt to use an impact wrench it won't work. Hope this helps other Sprinter Van owners TIP : The tie rod end ball coupling on the Sprinter is 40mm on the flats.

Das Spurstangengelenk Werkzeug erleichtert den Ausbau der Spurstange mit dem Axialgelenk ungemein, oft kommt man ja mit keinem klassischen Werkzeug gut zum Gelenk. Nach dem Abbau des Lenkungsbalges hat man zumindest Sicht auf's Gelenk und kann durch Wahl einer geeigneten Adaptergröße (gleich mit dem Neuteil anprobieren) das Werkzeug bequem über die Spurstange bis zum Axialgelenkskörper aufschieben. Durch Drehen des Werkzeuges erreicht man das Verriegeln desselben auch an einer nahezu runden Gelenkskörperkontur und kann mit dem 1/2 Zoll Antrieb am Ende mit kleinem Kraftaufwand die Spurstange lösen. Der Einbau gestaltet sich ebenfalls einfach und man kann am Vierkant noch mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel das richtige Moment draufgeben. Klasses Werkzeug gegenüber dem sonstigen Gefriemel mit Zangen, Schlüsseln etc. --> 5 Punkte
