This has been a fantastic and light case so far, but I also don’t bring my iPad out of my house so keep that in mind. The case does not cover the corners or top and bottom sides, so I don’t think it would protect from scratches or dents. I also appreciate the pencil being inside the magnet latch when it’s closed, as I was always losing it before. I bought this case and a sturdier one from another site and haven’t wanted to take this one off yet.

The magnetic backing is strong, so the case will stay put, which is great when adjusting viewing angles. The two stand positions are perfect for my needs: the upright position for when I'm watching shows, and the lower angle when sketching. I also like that the pencil holder keeps my Apple Pencil secure while it charges. While the case provides really great corner protection (where I've damaged tablets before), it doesn't add too much bulk at all.

I was a bit worried with the other reviews in regard to the magnet not being strong enough. This thing works really well and it’s a great deal for the price. I love that because of the magnet I don’t need the bulkier case for it with the plastic sides. Yay, less plastic in the world. This is really sleek and works exactly how described.

Decent product worths the price.

I needed a new cover for an older iPad. Originally I ordered it at Apple but theirs didn't work! So I turned to Amazon and found this. It is even better than my first cover: it fits securely via the magnets but also has an additional loop that is meant to hold an iPen but also functions as an additional clasp.

Perfectly fits my 11 inch iPad Pro.. This is my second one as the first one after three years needed a reboot.

The ESR iPad case is honestly amazing. I have the forest green color and it looks amazing. The quality of the case seems to be really good. I love the soft, buttery-smooth texture of the case. The magnetic part that attaches to my iPad and the clasp to close the iPad seem to be very secure from what I’ve tested. Also, the company (Minghutech-US) reached out even before I ever received the product to ensure I had a good experience and knew all of their policy/coverage/etc. I thought that was really neat and nice of them. All in all, I would recommend this if you’re needing a nice, simple iPad case — just be cautious as it doesn’t completely cover all of the edges.

I purchased this ESR case as a lighter alternative to my *much* heavier ESR Shift magnetic case. I’ve had good experiences with ESR, so I was eager to try this one. While it’s functional, I did have some mixed feelings.First, the purple color doesn’t match my previous ESR case. It’s a small detail, but I really liked the shade of purple on my other case, and this one isn’t as appealing. That said, this case weighs less, making it perfect for portability. It protects against screen scratches and has strong magnets to hold it closed. I also like that the pencil flap flips back and magnets behind neatly. My Apple Pencil can also charge without interference when the case is open.However, there are a few drawbacks. The auto sleep/wake feature is inconsistent—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Additionally, the case won’t close when I have a grip on my Apple Pencil—I’m hoping the clasp will loosen up over time and go over the grip.
