Not much to say. I use magnesium for various reasons and it seems to help all of those things. It will help keep you regular, help with nerves twitching and also helps with muscle cramps. Good stuff. More affordable than most brands and works just as well.I appreciate no pork or shellfish in this product.

Item is as described and worked for my muscle cramps
This magnesium worked for me but it did take a few weeks before I felt the differemnnce. Possibly because I was deficent so much my body needed to build up. I take it for muscle aches and pains
