I am already on a fairly high dose of an anti-parkinson medication ( which comes with some unpleasant side effects ) and the symptoms of RLS were starting to return. I didn't want to increase the amount I was taking and was recommended magnesium citrate. Within a couple of days, the symptoms had vanished which meant I didn't have to increase the medication. Highly recommended although of course, check with your GP first.

Effective against night calf cramping. Easy to swallow. Good sleep quality.
