Can this be used to find damp in my caravan? And how accurate are the results?

If your caravan is made of drywall, masonry, hardwood, and softwood it can detect it results are reliable when used correctly

Using in caravan on softwood goes off scale areas wall solid and no sign damp. Is meter working ok ?

Can it detect moisture in the room?

It detects damp in masonry, drywall and wood when placed against the surface. It won't detect moisture in a room. You need a hygrometer to record the humidity/dampness in a room.

I have some faint yellow patches on ceiling but not sure if leak or condensation. Will this work on walls and ceilings and floors? Is it accurate?

We have found it very accurate - works on all walls and floors. We haven't tried it on the ceiling but I don't see why not. Hope that helps.
