This seasoning blend turned out to be a really good find. It’s predominant flavor is garlic followed by allspice/pimento. It has a stronger flavor of allspice than many other brands. It’s especially good for dishes like fried fish or jerk meats. It does contain salt Overall it has a really good flavor profile and the 6oz size makes it a better value for the money.
