Good flavour and value for money to quickly deliver an authentic, Thai street-food taste and aroma! The only niggle stopping me from giving it 5* was that it was a tad too hot for my taste. You can, of course, counter this by diluting it a bit and adding a little sugar. Along with kaffir lime and Thai ginger, we used it to make a splendid Thai, prawn green curry (with the addition of coconut milk from Amazon).
