I think I started using this to aid tiredness, and boost my vitamin intake. I take 2 sprays every morning, and every evening. It’s quite sweet tasting, but palatable. It is quite expensive, so I shop around each time I need to replace it.

724 ratings and not a single review! Well I guess I'll be the first. Very easy and effective vitamin spray. Much nicer than tablets. I also use the vit d spray and my most recent blood test show excellent levels. There is definitely an issue with the manufacturer spray pump they can on occasion fail and this has been an on going issue. I sometimes keep the sprays on finished bottles in case one fails. Saying that I wouldn't use any other supplements this is the most easily absorbed form.

I really like the taste of these, it is sort of toffee flavoured. I knew I needed some extra B vitamins and since taking these my nails finally started to grow. On my second bottle.

Well, I wouldn’t have believed it but after a few days of using this spray, I felt so much brighter in myself than I had for a long time. Still on the first spray bottle but have a new one to follow on immediately. Long may this improvement last.

This is really good. I’m on omeprazole, and my GP advised me to get Vitamin B spray because the tablets wouldn’t be absorbed.

Quite expensive for a month’s supply. It is sickly sweet. I can almost feel my teeth dissolving. However I would say this would be excellent for travelling. It is easy to swallow.
