The gender changer is not included. That is an amazon error in the listing. I had already notified them about that and they need to fix it.

Can I use with bob parallel of buildyourcnc and cnc usb controller of planet cnc?

It should work with any breakout board. Just make sure the negative of the main power supply is not common with the ground of the breakout board. It will not work with planetcnc motion controller.

Will this work on windows 10?

It works perfect on Windows 7. Don't know about 10.

Will it work with win 7 64bit?

YES!!!! Any version of Windows from WinXP and up.
