Strange
When I unplug the laptop to run only on battery, it works fine. After wearing down the battery, I re-plug it, and the battery won't take a charge until I remove and reinsert the battery. Bizarre. Can't tell if that's some driver I'm missing or what.

Only lasted 30 minutes.
The battery is supposed to last 2 hours on high and 3 on balanced, but it only lasted 30 minutes on high. Customer service gave me a bunch of bull about "resetting the BIOS.". The Bios doesn't have anything to do with the battery life.

NOT AS ADVERTIZED
The battery does work in the Acer laptop but it is NOT the higher capacity battery as described. The label on the battery shows this. I need the use of the laptop daily for school so I will keep this battery even though I feel I was defrauded. I DO NOT RECOMMED this vendor.

The battery does not work at all.If you do not want to waste your time don't buy it.I spent 3 days tring to make it work....
