Awesome
Excellent product overall. Is well built and has a very smart design. Lots of pockets that allowed me to carry all my stuff:-Samsung Galaxy S9+ with an Otterbox case-Car keys and remote control-Wallet-Salt sticks, gels and gummies. And there is still plenty of space. The amazing part is that it LOOKS and feels small but has a great feeling to it. I took it today for a 12K run and I couldn’t be happier with it. It also comes with an emergency whistle, which is a plus.I'm 5'9” and about 185 pounds. Is small model fits me barely. I wish they had a larger model in amazon.

Great running companion!
This is by far a game changer for me. I'm 5'2 and 120 llbs. Small is a perfect fit. I like to do sprints when I run outside, and I hated the waistband because of the bounce ( carrying a phone). This has no bounce at all!! Holds everything I need for long or short runs. It's very comfortable even with a sweater on. It's worth the price. The quality and the way it's made is great.

I love this little guy
I was skeptical about making this purchase, I won't lie. But I am sooooo glad I did. I have been on numerous runs with this backpack and it has been perfect. The built in belt is perfect for a little stash of food/energy, mini bladder (I purchased one after receiving a $5 PayPal bonus from FITLY) and chapstick. The backpack itself easily holds my phone, car keys, ID and more food/water if needed. I barely even notice that I am wearing it anymore. Worth the money. It's so much better than a running belt (and trust me I have tried them all). I can't wait for this little guy to get me through the Berlin Marathon in September. PS make sure you take your measurements before purchasing.

Awesome pack and fabulous customer service!
What a great running pack! It’s not too big, it’s not too small. I used to use a belt style for jogging/power walks, but have found they bounce around too much, so I started investigating running packs. I didn’t want something that would be too heavy or make me more sweaty while working out (why I was initially a fan of belts), but as cell phones got bigger, more “stuff” was needed on jogs (chapstick, mace, etc.), and the climate got hotter, I knew I needed a “better” system. This Sub90 is the perfect size. It’s got 2 zipped areas on the back pack part for “stuff.” One is a bigger slot that zips from the top and inside has a divider for a cell phone, credit cards, a power bar, or a battery pack, or something small, and there’s another smaller zipped area on the face of the back pack part for slightly smaller items, like more cards or a couple keys. You can’t fit a sandwich in there, but why would you? If you want a sandwich, you’re probably on a hike and wearing a much larger pack.Along the “thoracic belt” which rides under your chest/along the bottom edge of your jog bra, there are two more side zipper compartments that can also stretch and hold odd shaped items, like their extra “shrink while you drink” flasks, or more power bars, or in my case, I put chapstick and mace there so it’s handy. There no jiggle of the belt or pack, the belt and the pack both stay put without being restrictive (there are adjustable straps, but if you measure and order the right size it’s perfect right out of the box), and there’s no chafing in your ‘pits. The box for the Sub90 includes not only the backpack, but also a mini whistle (I wish it was already on a lanyard or string or something so could be easily attached off a zipper), as well as the 500mL flask and drinking hose with silicone tip. 500mL is just under 17oz, or what I’ve found to be about 21 gulps on the hose. There was also a coupon in there for 20% off another Fitly purchase, so I went to their website and ordered their Fitly Towel/seat cover, which is equally awesome. (It’s not only great for after beach use, but as a frontline provider, I now use my Fitly towel to protect my car seat from cooties I might have been exposed to at the hospital). When you get the pack, you have to cut the hose to your preferred length, and unlike hiking packs, it screws on the top of the flask. Which I was suspicious of from a physics standpoint, but it works. I did notice in order to get those last few precious gulps of water out, I sometimes have to bend over and “collect” the water at the top (while I’m upside down) to fully empty the flask. I did have an issue with the silicone tip popping off (not sure if it was a manufacturer defect or I was just desperate for some water on a blistering walk in 100 degree weather and sucked too hard), but it stopped functioning. I emailed Fitly to inquire about a replacement hose, and they not only helped practically the same day, but had a replacement in my hands ASAP. Wow! What customer service!Bottom line: if you’re looking for a non-annoying pack to hold some hydration, a cell phone, and a few small items, from a company who cares about its customers, Fitly is the one for you! Highly recommend the Sub90, the Fitly Towel, and the company!

So comfy; small NEW bladder now makes it perfect!
Great for half marathon! I did not think it would be this comfy, even after all the reviews... but it IS!! The pockets overall are very handy and have lots of possibilities, but they are pretty small, smaller than I anticipated. Still, they hold my keys, ID/Debit card, 4 Gu gels, my phone, and still has a bit of room. I just wish Fitly (or another company I guess) would make a small bladder that would fit in this, with a straw coming to the front shoulder area since the back is too slim for a water bottle and I prefer not to have the two water bottles at front...selling a bladder that fits it would be perfection as far as I’m concerned! was looking at Fitly and orange mud hydraflask. Fitly covers all bases except water for me. Orange mud Hydraflask does focus more on the water, but does not look nearly as comfy. Will check out a soft flask (maybe Fitly’s!) for the back of the Fitly and report back...UPDATE: there is a bladder now created for the Fitly! Well, it’s not specifically for the sub45, but I’m planning on just not filling it all the way. If you want a perfect fit, I’d recommend going for their new “unnoticeably larger” Fitly running pack.

Tremendous for those longer runs
The FITLY Minimalist Running Pack is such a great addition to my running program. I'd been looking for just the right pack that balances fit and function. The FITLY Minimalist Running Pack is the ideal pack to use for those middle distance routes (5-15 miles) where you need to carry hydration, gel packs, car key and cell phone without impeding your pace or disturbing your endurance. I'm so glad I found this pack and highly recommend it to anyone that is still searching!

Awesome gear for running
I have tried FITLY on my 4 miles evening run in Bangkok. I found it fit well at the starting after 5 mins I felt a little heat accumulation on my back but it is acceptable for running in tropical zone. But at the finish I found a little tight on the chest strap because of lung expansion after vigorous running. I would recommend to measure your chest size after running/exercise, especially those whom the chest size in between S/M. I am 53 kgs, in between 75-80 cm chest. I found it would be nicer with a larger chest strap.

Good pack let down by hydration
I like the pack. Its very light and shifts the weight onto the back and the chest strap, so nothing is flapping about.A potential downside for some might be that all the larger pockets are on the back. So if you want your phone for navigation or to change tunes then you have to remove the pack to use it. If that's not you then you are all good.Others have said they have found it small. I'm a big guy with a chest 10cm bigger than the stated max and it fits me ok with the adjusters out to the max. Then there's the bladder, tubing and bite-valve.There's no instructions, so which way up do you put the bladder? If you have the cap at the top then you will struggle to get the last third of the water. If you invert it in the pouch then its an awkward fit and you can get a leak. The taste is just nasty. A harsh chemical bite to it that lingers on the tongue. So bad that I actually feel nauseas. Gonna have to swap it out. More money after spending on an expensive pack.

Well worth the investment
It's a good pack, more comfortable than I was expecting. I barely noticed it while running. I'm 6"2 and around a 40-42 chest so I expected it might not fit me so well but I had no problems at all. It took me a while to get the mouthpiece/tube working for the hydration pack. I'd never used one of these before and they could have explained it a little better. Their YouTube videos would be better showing a proper demo of the product and the hydration pack. But the product itself I have no complaints, it's worth the money.

You don’t know you’re wearing it.
This is so light you don’t know you’re wearing it. Fits my phone and keys. Super comfortable. I got size small, I’m tiny and it fits great. Love it.

Great pack but find a different water carrier
The running pack itself is excellent but this product is let down by the water carrier as the nozzle is difficult to use and doesn’t work very well at all. A real shame as I was expecting better for the price paid
