Serrano
I've had this Serrano before, and they are hit and miss. You have to cut a lot of to get to the untainted meat, the curing on top also penetrates into all the holes and gaps andspoils the taste. Overall nice, if you don't encounter the bitterness of the curing

What a joy - dissapearing quickly
For the price, this has been truly wonderful. I am hacking my way through it. I especially like some of the fattier parts, which I slice micro-thin and put on toast. They almost melt. I have chopped up some of the fat to use in a carbonara later today. It won't need oil—just melt slowly in a pan, then add the pasta and the eggs with cheese. It sits on my counter with the knife, and I nibble it on the way past. I will definitely get this again. To those complaining about fat, it is a pig, and pigs have huge amounts of fat. But that fat is part of the flavour. It is worth looking up how Italians and Spaniards use it in their dishes. It can be as simple as throwing a chunk of skin with fat into your slow-cooked beef stew to give extra flavour. Or adding slivers to beens. Even the bone is useful. Boil it up for stock with other bones before you get rid of it. An all round good value purchase.

Not worthy
This Jamon is very difficult to chew not sure if due to poor meet quality or has not been cured properly. Only good for cooking.

Brilliant and tastes like Spain!!
Absolutely delicious. This serrano ham tastes just like what you get in Spain. Tons better than the super market serrano ham. There's plenty of meat here to enjoy for all the family. You want thin slices so you can take in that delicious flavour. Ignore the bad reviews from people who don't know what they are doing, I'm a proper foodie, and this is amazing. Store it at room temp covered. Let it breathe for an hour or so before you start cutting...read and follow the guide or a video!!! The holder is sturdy, easy to build, and comes with a slicing knife too. Will definitely be buying more once I've finished this.

Not a lot of meat but good taste
Well it is a shoulder, not a leg. Anatomically a shoulder is still a leg but in butchery terms it is not. The meat is terrific, but there is not a huge amount of it for the price. I have enjoyed it, but will not buy again.

Delicious
Bought as a gift. They say it is absolutely delicious. The stand is great but knife isn’t the best. I’d advise watching a video of the way the leg should be positioned and your first cuts. Doesn’t stink out the kitchen or anything and comes with a cloth cover which is perfect.
