Q: Can this be used in a sewing machine?

Yes but only find it easy as top thread. Bobbin thread sometimes gets twisted and upsets stitching. Try it on scrap of fabric to be used first.

Q: Can this be used for singer embroidery machine?

Sorry I don’t know but I can’t see any reason why not! I have a janome machine for quilting and I think this is the best of the invisible threads. I use it for applique

Q: Would this be suitable for English paper piecing a babies quilt?

I personally would not recommend this for baby products as if there are any threads come loose they are sharp as it’s a nylon thread
