This is my second time ordering, my orders arrive early and package in a way that my sausage is still cold when I receive it. The taste is….I want to say delicious but that’s an understatement this sausage reminds me of the sausage I use to eat from a sausage maker in Louisiana before he went out of business years ago.

VERY, VERY GREASY AND HIGHLY PROCESSED WITH CHEMICAL LIKE FLAVOR. MUST BE VERY WELL CHARRED TO GET RID OF FAT AND EAT. ALSO ,VERY HIGH COST INVOLVED BETWEEN PRICE AND S&H. I haven't been able to find this sausage in my home town. Had to order it and pay an extravagant price, but it's worth it. Best smoked sausage I've ever tasted. I stocked up in case it's a while before I can get it again.
