This book helped me a lot to get started and understand how to work with resins.

This is a must read, excellent collection of information and ideas for anyone wanting to combine resin with their craft or hobby. Don't make costly resin mistakes, take heed, read and explore this mine of exemplary knowledge.Well thought out delivery of content. Excellent color photographs to compliment the excellent content of valuable facts and figures.

I bought this book because I wanted to learn more about casting wood with resin. The book answered my questions and gave me some ideas for how to work with resin and wood on my lathe.The book needs an editor. There were a lot of spelling, typographical and punctuation errors. An editor would likely have kept the author from being too repetitive as well. For example, the author advised that I can use the tool or product "of my choice" at least a dozen times throughout the book. I found this distracting and unfortunate, but the explanation of the process was was what I was looking for.

If your interested in using urethane or epoxy resin; this is an excellent start for the equipment and materials needed. Clear explanations of the pros and cons in what works for your artistic needs.Very good illustrations of how to going about, “HOW To Start, and avoid the mistakes so many first time woodturners make, when using resin.What is so very helpful is the companies where you can get both tools and resins to get started.Keith’s Ending chapter in his book is a great source of motivation in r to helping you make your first resin bowl.ENJOY

It was too specific to a certain product and not general enough for a new user.

12.14.23 arrived in perfect condition and hubs new hobby is wood working and he lo ea to read and said book is great and this is a great guide for him. Highly recommend getting and applying skill set from this book

The book was informative but basically stuck with how to do one method.

The book arrived not packed very well but that aside its a very good book.Very handy indexing and it's answered the questions I had about using resins.Highly recommended read.

Covers all aspects of the subject from start to finish.I've been turning Epoxy for 5 years, but still found this instructive and picked up a few pointers I was not aware of.Highly recommend!
