Changed from the two wheeled version case , this was ideal for manoeuvrability, very eady and light, love the colours

Great quality and design.

This is a pretty good case for short breaks. My only issue with it is that there is no handle on the top besides the extendable one so it's not easy to maneuver around places if you are travelling on trains, subways etc. If you're just putting it in the car it's fine but not great for public transport

Fast delivery, packed very well. The bag is of great quality. However too small compared to carry. No handle on the top.

It's a great suitcase, deceptively roomy and works perfectly as a carry-on. The lack of a handle at the top is annoying though and makes it awkward when you want to switch from rolling it to carrying it (which is often, when you're travelling)

Very poor quality / design. No handle on top which is incredibly annoying. The plastic is so thin the whole case can twist very easily - and I'm sure it won't last very long. I'm at a loss to why this is so highly reviewed.

I bought this directly from the website to get the 5 year guarantee. Only when I took it out for it's first trip, I noticed the lack of handle on the top which is a basic design flaw. This makes it really awkward to carry up stairs at a train station for example. There is a side handle but there are lumps underneath, and when you lift from the side while it is standing up right, the lump under the side handle squashes your finger which is painful.Additionally, the actual suitcase size is 50cm, smaller than my old suitcase and certain items I used to carry do not fit in this one. It says it is 55cm and I measured the suitcase and wheels at 52.5cm.I complained about the lack of upper handle and painful use of side handle, as well as the incorrect measurements, and was told that because I had used it I could not get a refund. Very disappointing, especially as I bought directly from their website.I do NOT recommend this suitcase.

Absolutely love it, perfect elegant looking
