Superb stuff!
You feel it working within 30 minutes, this is insane! Super effective! Worth the cost. Also this company really knows what they are doing with their vitamins, not just a random brand that is trying to make a buck off of you. Did lower my Homocysteine
Not cheap but a great product. Has substantially lowered my Homocysteine.

Very good qulity
I carry the gene that does not process Vitamin B unless it is methylated. I can tell this is a good product based on how my body reacts to it. It does not run me down like the standard vitamin B does. I have a bit of energy from them as well. I have been buying this product for over a year. I switched and felt the difference and came back to this brand.

I am a certified functional nutrition counselor and I can tell you that this brand does their research! I find their ingredients to be of a high quality and the mix of vitamins makes sense as far as absorption goes. These pill are easy to swallow and didn't bother my stomach.

THEY CALL THIS B COMPLEX BUT DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE CRUCIAL VITAMIN B1 WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE IVE SUFFERED WITH SYMPTOMS RELATED TO B1 AND COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHY IT WASNT HELPING I HAD TO SWITCH TO OTHER PRODUCTS CANT BELIEVE IT. WILL NEVER BUY THIS STUFF AGAIN
