Pleased with this faucet
I installed this on an inexpensive plastic tub sink which I purchased from a local home improvement store. I replaced the tiny cheap faucet which came with the tub sink. This is much much more functional, as well as more attractive. Highly satisfied.

Nice Faucet, Easy Installation
We have had this installed for over a year now, and the faucet is holding up great. Sprayer still functions as it did when new, no water dripping, and still remains spotless when water is splashed on it. Installation instructions were clear, and overall easy Installation.

Great product but pricey for not getting power adaptor
Install was easy and the faucet works beautifully. Great spray pattern and motion sensor works reliably. Deducting one star because at this price point they should have included the AC power adaptor and not just the battery pack.

Touch or Manual? Your choice. It’s fun to use. Looks great too.
My new Moen kitchen faucet works great. On the left, all I have to do is wave my hand and it automatically turns it on. When I do it again, it automatically turns it off. The touch feature is a plus and fun. However, if I prefer, I can use the little handle on the right to turn it off and on manually. It looks great and works great. It was fairly easy to install and was a great investment. Plus, it’s guaranteed for life or they’ll replace it for free. It seems to be saving water.

Modern look; good warranty help
Update: I contacted Moen with the information about this faucet. They mailed me a replacement spray head that I screwed onto the main body and it works perfectly again. So if you have one where the wears out just contact them so they can send you a replacement. I am increasing the rating. I bought this Moen faucet because we bought a different model and have had that one for more than four years and it has worked perfectly. I bought this Moen faucet due to a prior good experience. That model has a larger head on it that also pulls out. This model has a very svelte and futuristic look, with a smaller pull out head. Now that I have had this faucet for 10 months or so, I noticed that it is dripping a lot from the head. It appears to be the shower portion versus the normal stream. The rocker switch must not be sealing off fully because it will be dripping while the normal faucet stream is running. Then when I push the rocker switch more firmly down, the extra dribbling stops until I let go. I’ve tried working with it a little bit, and I can’t figure out how to get the aerator out. It would seem that the rocker switch is not very durable and maybe is not sealing fully so then water is leaking out of the spray holes. It still works OK, but the other faucet by Moen didn’t do that after nearly 5 years of use and this one has done it with less than one year of use. Thus, my hypothesis is that the rocker switch to go between normal stream and spray is either weak or faulty or just wears out.

Sleek, Reliable, and Worth Every Penny!
I recently upgraded my kitchen with the Moen Adler Matte Black Faucet and couldn’t be happier. The design is sleek, modern, and adds a touch of elegance to my sink area. It really elevates the whole kitchen vibe! The water flow is exactly what I need—strong and consistent without being wasteful. Installation was a breeze, even my plumber commented on how straightforward it was. He also mentioned that Moen offers one of the best warranties in the business and stands firmly behind their products, which definitely gave me peace of mind. For the quality and style you're getting, the price is more than reasonable. Plus, knowing that Moen has excellent customer service is just the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Cheap quality
My background is mechanical with many many years of working on pumps, pipes, valves of some sort. I am handy around the house and have replaced or installed many different versions of sink/shower/toilet plumbing over the years. MOEN typically has a reputation for being a good quality product, which is why I was not hesitant to purchase this sight unseen. That was a mistake. Right out of the box it just felt cheap. The sprayer head felt like it would break if I squeezed it too hard and the selector switch feels like it won't last a year. The hot/cold mixer moves loosely and lacks the solid positive resistance feel of a quality sink faucet/mixer. I have to give mine a little "tap tap" after shutting it off to keep it from dripping. Installation was very simple, in fact almost too simple. The entire assembly is held (poorly) together with one very cheap plastic nut installed from the underside of the sink. Tightening requires 2 people as the upper works will move freely around while tightening from the bottom. Some one will need to hold the upper works in place while the person under the sink does the tightening. Speaking of that, there is no sort of locking/retention system for the one nut. Not lock washer or nylon threaded bolt. Given the cheapness of everything and that there is a small amount of wobble in the parts once done ,I fully expect that after a month of use it will come loose and require going under and re-torqueing. I also expect that this will be a regular occurrence for the future. While overall this unit is functional (that got it the one star) you could find equal or better quality for significantly less money. I bought this feeling like the combination of MOEN brand recognition and cost that I would be receiving a higher quality product. Had I seen this in a plumbing supply store and had a chance to put my hands on it first, I 100% would have not even considered paying half of what this unit costs and myself personally, wouldn't have taken it if it was free. It is simply not worth installing, period. I have had this in place for less than an hour and the wife and I are already contemplating what we will replace it with.

Not impressed with the quality. Installed and will immediately return. The stainless steel is a dull brushed which doesn't match the plastic pull out nozzle. The gooseneck is loose and feels flimsy. There is no stop on the nozzle. Not a big deal but I didn't realize I liked that on my previous Moen. There is also no temperature adjustment. Not impressed at all for the price.

Water hoses attached to the mixer have fitting nuts to connect to your water pipes. The nuts' size is some 3/8'' which is common in the US. BUT NOT IN GULF COUNTRIES AND EUROPE!!! Don't forget to return it on time in case you cannot use this mixer.

Absolutely adore this faucet. We've had this for a few years in the house now and I love how it looks. It has great functionality and the end of the faucet pulls out and can operate as a hose to clean hard to reach places. The finish looks great and is easy to clean. Would elevate the look of any kitchen.
