Fixed my check engine light.
Like others said grommet is in the wrong place but it's compatible with a 2007 Honda Accord SE 2.4L I just carefully moved the grommet. Fixed my issue. Hopefully it lasts time will tell. On-board computer is happy.

this works perfect....like the OEM....why would you pay extra ?

Did not fit a 2005 Accord
Received this product some time ago and due to circumstances I haven't been able to change it until now. Got the old one pulled off and the new one doesn't fit at all. The tip is wrong and the length of cable to and from the grommet is incorrect.

It worked but…
It is the right length and has the right fittings, it fixed the problem, but the gaskets are not in the right place for a 2006 accord. I had to carefully cut the wires outside insulation so I could slide the gasket into the proper place then re-attach the wire insulation with a ton of electrical tape. Also had to remove the rubber pieces from the old one to put on this so they would stay in place on the clips underneath the car. It looks janky, but the car’s computer liked it and the code was fixed.
