I like this product so far. It took a few days to get active in my body and is still building up but it's working. I look forward to getting more of this product and using it in the future. **Update - I have been using this product now for over a month and man I can tell if I don't have it or forget to take it. Once it builds up it really helps. My hip pain and inflammation goes down and I can walk a lot better. I suffer from a muscle tear in my hip, along with severe pain from bone cysts in the same hip. These are great turmeric pills. Not only are they C3 with black pepper, they throw ginger into them as well. They are also great because you only have to take 2 a day. The brand I was taking before this you had to take 3 and sometimes you forget to take one during the day not meeting the suggested serving. They are also really easy to swallow.
