Great molds for many uses
I got these molds to use for making fresh minced garlic. I buy fresh garlic in bulk, I peel them all and mince them in my food processor, fill the molds and freeze them. Then when I’m cooking and need fresh garlic I pop out however many cubes I need.

Quality Product
I purchased this item for making toffee..It was smaller in size than expected..Therefore. I have not used it yet.. I was going to return it, but I think it might be useful in the future. The mold is high-quality and food-grade, ensuring it is safe for making edible treats. It seems flexible.Nice colour.I will give a follow up review after I have used it.

Works well
This product works well for what I needed, which is to make a small batch of chocolates each week. I've used it several times and while I understand the surprise people have noted about it's thinness, I really can't see it just falling apart like other reviews suggest, and I'm not especially gentle with it. I use it with care but not like I expect it to break, and it doesn't.

Not good for making small ice cubes for drinks. See review
Giving 3 stars because the quality of, and overall size of the mold is good but not for the freezing of ice cubes. If you have a lot of time, and take that time filling each mold block individually and releasing each block individually you will be okay. I wanted these to make small ice cubes for drinks and eventually make bouillon cubes to freeze dry . It will require you have a correctly sized baking sheet to support the silicone molds for freezing if your freezer has wire racks. These can not be stacked so if you have glass racks they will take up a lot of space for a glass or two of ice. Filling the mold is cumbersome as the water creates it's own surface tension and stands above the level of the mold cubes spilling onto the baking sheets which will then freeze the mold to the baking sheet unless water is removed and because the mold can not support itself more water is spilled and the cycle continues, yada yada yada. Releasing the frozen cubes from the mold is very time consuming. I think these would have likely worked well for freeze drying if each cube was filled by a turkey baster or similar and once the water is removed with the freeze drying process the cubes will be slightly smaller and will release easy but when making ice cubes for drinking, the primary reason I bought these, the reward is not worth the effort. Back to buying ice from Sonic. The design really does not support the freezing of ice cubes in my opinion.
