I guess I haven't found the Captain America decoder ring that tells me what size and tension to get in these. This one is way too small and stiff. I put it on once and had to remove it immediately. If you're an average sized guy, the D medium probably isn't right for you either.

Overrated rings; don't last anymore than cheaper rings from other vacuum pump manufacturers. They are better than most of the ones from China however.
