Just What the Audio Doctor Ordered
Sure. I could have spent a few hundred bucks on a more sophisticated system. I know I'd be happy with some Shures or Audio-Technicas. But I have a noe for value and after checking out some of the reviews and comparison videos on Youtube, etcetera, decided to pull the trigger on the MOVO LV4's.They arrives the next day, and I plugged them into my Zoom H6 and was pleasantly... well, I can't say surprised, because they performed exactly as expected. SO let's just say was quite pleased. They sound great. Good, solid metal build and I plan to use these mics for a long time. Call me a satisfied customer.

Great sound quality for the price
I ordered a pair of these omnidirectional lavalier microphones to test in my faux-studio setup for streaming video games. I was very pleased with how they sounded compared to my more expensive mics (Blue Snowball, Audio Technica AT-2020). With some adjustments on my mixer and a little compression applied, they did what I needed them to do: capture clear voice while my friends and I talked over video game footage.I ended up buying another pair and used all four of them during Extra Life weekend. They held up just fine considering I had people routinely connecting and disconnecting their mics. (And occasionally sitting on them. Hey, it happens.) I was a bit concerned about the wires feeling a little "loose" where they connect to the XLR housing, but I didn't run into any problems. Plus, I'll just be looping them around once or twice and covering them in tape to be sure there's no extra stress on the cables. Better safe than sorry, and considering the price, I don't feel that's a major negative. If you want a solid-sounding budget lavalier mic, this is a very good choice. When I'm flying solo, I'll be using my Snowball, but when the group gets together, I'll happily break these out again.

They worked well until they did not anymore :)
Decent quality for normal money, they worked well for a year and then did not anymore.

Omni mics shine in performance
Decide upon the dual Omnidirctional mics, even though I was looking for Cartoid for business interviews. Glad I took the time to research previous reviews. These mics are nice and super crisp, what a difference they make for voice clarity. During my testing, I did not notice additional noises that were present in the room during recording. I am soft spoken yet these mics picked my voice up very clearly. Crisp sound. The plastic clip will break, mine broke just trying to get the mic into the clip. Cheap. Glad I bought the metal ones in the same order: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Y3T1292/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 Make sure you get these metal clips or you will be sorry. The chord is thin like others comment so you have to be careful with these, but for the money and how good they sound, Wow. Really glad I bough these. Even with the thinner chord and cheap plastic lapel clips, these work well and sound exceptional. Besides you can get 6 metail clips that work perfectly for a little more. At least for interviews, this mic exceeded my expectations.

Ok quality, XLR connectors are selling point.
I bought these for a DIY binaural head. They sound OK, the real selling point is the built in XLR connectors (full size), so I could plug them right into a tascam 4 track to record a live show (requires phantom power). No adapters or extras cords needed. Compared to a shure x-y camera stereo mic setup, these are noisier and more generic sounding. But they were an absolute hit in my awesome alpaca head mic setup. Cords are thin but long enough to tether into the binaural head and have plenty of length to run to separate stand with camera. XLR connectors are a little tight but fit fine.I would have given them a 4 star if not for noise level. They are nowhere near a hi quality set of omnis go. But for live show audience rig, there are OK and work.

Great little Lav Mics for someone looking to start using them!
These little gems are AMAZING. I'm using a Tascam DR-60D and I have a small Youtube channel dedicated to reviewing board games, role playing games, miniatures, etc. I just finished recording my first video with them and I cannot tell you how AMAZING these little guys are. I was unhappy with the quality of my boom mic sound and decided that I wanted to try Lav mics. These are awesome! I recorded in Stereo sound but they also sound just as good in mono recording. I recommend them for beginners looking to get into Lavalier microphones and don't want to break the bank. Honestly I can't see myself ordering a different kind since they work so well. Keep in mind they do require 48v phantom power. There's NO buzzing or abnormal sounds. I was a little afraid of them being omnidirectional and picking up sound from the person I was doing the video with, but they sounded great! I didn't have to do ANY audio processing.

My first amazon review
Im simply writing this because of how incredible the mics are, I am an audio engineer with 15+ yr experience. I was looking online for Sanken, Countryman, Shure, Sennheiser, LectroSonics but did not want to spend the $450 - $1,200 that wired lavs are. I found these and bought them almost as a joke just to see... Well no joke compared side by side with a $650 Sanken mic the fidelity and sound quality of both video recordings were exactly the same! Absolutely incredible. My jaw dropped... The only down fall I saw in this mic was the sheer size of the capsule and mic clip... I ended up using a Countryman clip instead of stock clip which made it look much nicer. Other than that the quality to the mic both tested on a video recording and a through a CL5 and DnB Tek system it sounded absolutely phenomenal for the price.. Absolute best bang for your buck... As for plastic housing quality, capsule, look, and clip size I would still love a Countryman or Sanken but this badboy gets the job done. 9.6/10
