Excellent steam cleaner, large head and two washable clothes. Nice flat profile so reaches under appliances. Pump the handle to generate steam one switched on and warmed up. All positive but there isn’t an on off switch so you need to make sure you are starting in front of the area to be cleaned otherwise you have to tread on wet floor. Once I’d figured out it worked a treat and as good as much more expensive units I’ve owned in the past.

I am generally a very clean and hygienic person, but I have a 3 year old with a talent of spillage in a league all of his own. We’re talking Olympic gold standard clumsiness. Mainly juices, so nice and sticky, and a living nightmare for me. I was using a well known brand speed mop to clean my vinyl floors and tiles, but it never really felt like a deep clean, so I invested in one of these nifty little steam mops. Boy, am I glad I did! I received it literally 30 minutes ago, set it up within 5 minutes and then I’ve gone round all my non carpet floors and I’m both amazed and horrified in equal measure. Amazed at how clean my floors look and how easy and quick it was, and horrified at the colour the once white fluffy pad turned by the end of my spree.There’s no smell, it feels lightweight yet sturdy to use and I like the pump action to give it some extra steam when needed. All in all a fabulous buy!

The plastic body feels a little cheap, but that’s expected for the price. Performance-wise, it’s excellent. Heats quickly and cleans effectively. After the first use, the pad turned completely black but washed out surprisingly well. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will be buying extra pads.

This lightweight, easy to use steam cleaner is an absolute success. I have a high gloss finish tile kitchen floor which to be honest is a nightmare to clean!! Having tried all sorts this steam cleaner does the job perfectly, don't be fooled by the small canister for the water, it's ample! The job is quick, easy and streak free. The mop heads wash up brilliantly and I couldn't be happier! 10/10

Absolutely marvellous, I looked around for ages for a steamer expensive/cheap, there is so many around, but I'm so glad I picked this one, for the price it's excellent and cleans really well and so easy to use .

I actually loved the ease of use of this steam mop. The first that i've tried, in a long time and the rate of change of development compared to ones from a decade ago.The Easy Flip system this mop adopts is revolutionary, it truly is "no-touch" as they market...except of course, when you have to lift it off the floor to throw into the washing machine. But let's glaze over that part.We found one major flaw in operation in the very short time we have had this mop and sadly have been left with no choice but to replace it now for something else.Of the three steam setting I can select, I have noticed all three work in absolutely identical patterns. There is precisely 24 seconds between the onset of one steam cycle to the next, no matter which speed I select.Furthermore, there is no difference in the intensity of the steam between the three settings.The manual suggests in it's Troubleshooting chart, that if steam is sporadic, then to switch to a higher steam setting to obtain a more consistent flow of steam. Of course this in reality, is redundant if there is absolutely no difference between the three modes. I am left waiting for the next burst of steam to kick in (the 24 seconds a pop) even whilst it's on the highest selection which gets a bit cumbersome after a while.I'm not sure if we have a unit which has a fault, but this is the second unit of the same model we've tried.Like I said, I love the flip system and the fact that there is a spare easy-on and off cloth included in the set of this simple to use and fuss and accessory free quick start set. But it proves pointless to have a steam mop which promises three steam settings yet delivers only one.3 stars

It cleans, my floor feels and looks cleaner. I wish it had a on off switch. I must walk over the cleaned floor to unplug it. I am now using an extension lead. It's a bit of a faff having the cables around. Otherwise it's worth the money. It's lightweight, it's used everyday. Hoping it lasts at least a year
