approx. 3 mgs. of caffeine ( as stated on their website). It is just a little bit....You would need 20 pieces to equal a cup of coffee

Are there an expiration date for the item? I cant find any on the box.

I buy a large 2 pound+ container of these candies. On the back label it says: Best used by: there is a date of 12/23. I hope this helps.
