Waste of money, wasn't needed to install button start in a 2007 Tacoma
I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I wasted $9 on this as it was recommended as a necessity to install the button start in a 2007 Tacoma, however all it did was cause problems as the alarm was continuously going off and the doors were locked shut on me at one point and the vehicle turned shut down on me on the highway going about 65mph, luckily I was in the middle lane and was able to stop. After removal, the vehicle worked well and started fine with no problems with only the button start installed.

Turns out I didnt need to use this, but made good use of it on my buddys car.works just fine if installed correctly

Was skeptical from all the bad review, but it works for me.
Does what its supposed to. Bypasses the Chip Immobilizer on my 2011 Jeep Patriot so I can Remote Start and Start with Push Button System.The wires are INCREDIBLY thin, wish they would've used some thicker gauge wires, but oh well....it works for my vehicle

I purchased this product as recommended by the seller for use with their EASYGUARD Smart Key PKE Car Alarm System Passive Keyless Entry with Push Button Start Remote Engine Start starter auto lock unlock car door. It's an extremely outdated system that stows your transponder in the vehicle itself, defeating the revolutionary immobilizer technology that deters most thieves from successfully picking or hotwiring vehicles. That said, it doesn't even contain a proper ignition coil to place around the starter and instead, uses flimsy wire that requires wrapping.
