Great accent piece!
I was wanting something to my coffee table and this was great. The size was perfect for keeping some chocolates in and it has a rubber seal on the lid as well. Beware, if you are keeping chocolates in it and it is in the sun, because of the dark color they will melt. The build is good and sturdy and it looks great.

Stylish and effective.
I’m using this for holding just-ground coffee for a few days at a stretch. Yes, I know I should grind for EVERY brew, but I’m lazy and pretty klutzy before my blood reaches required caffeine content, so this works well holding freshness while being easy to dispense the grounds. The seal is tight, but ez to open. The design is slick. If I needed them, I would gladly buy all the sibling canisters.

Survived a house fire! Originally bought to decorate with vinyl
Worked really well to put vinyl on haven't tried actually using it yet with stuff inside. the lid is alright it sometimes doesn't close all the way. Like the lid isn't flush with the jar but if you twist and push it it's fine. The seal is good though so even though the lid can be temperamental the seal is still sealed. So I'm sure freshness of what ever you got to keep fresh will with this if I remember I will update later and let ya know. Update so my house burned down and this survived and the inside wasn't sooty like most everything else that survived so that's cool I'm sure if it was in the worst part of the flame I'd have a different story but hey good product anyway!
