Large Lima Beans, Dry, 1 Pound Bag

We don't understand the bad reviews. Unless there were different suppliers at different times. These Goya large dry lima beans were excellent quality. They were clean with almost no broken beans. And they're large. If you're going to make butter beans and ham hocks, only the large limas will do. Sort, rinse, and soak over night. Cook with smoked meat and you can invite your southern grandma over for dinner. Only issue is the price. Amazon has had them at very different prices at different times. Get them when the price is lower.

I really like the taste of these dried limas. They make an excellent Cassoulet with sausages ! Have not been able to find them in years, so happy to get them!

I love beans. All kinds of beans. I wanted some butter beans and these are it. They are large and white just the way I like them. They taste great with all kinds of sides.

Good quality but not the best for me

This page says these Goya Lima Beans, are quick cooking. These take at least 2.5 or 3 hrs. to prepare. I eat them all the time! . . . . . . . Make sure you let them cook on low to medium heat for about 3 hrs!

Perfect, delicious and great customer service. I've seen a lot of disappointments in price but 2 and a half dollars for a pound seems good to me.

Too many broken beans. Too few beans for the price. Will not purchase again.
