These work for me, I have a hard time eating so first thing I do for breakfast is cut 2 hard boiled eggs in quarters and chase the eggs down with the BOOST drinks. Beware Lots of sugar in this product. I bought these because I usually purchase strictly BOOST products. This caught my eye because of the added fiber along with the protein so I figured I give it a try. While it tasted great, it was then I realized it had a ton of sugar. I will purchase BOOST again in the future but next time Ill be more mindful of the sugar content before I buy.

The only thing I was leery about would be pieces of fiber floating around in . No problem don’t even know it’s there. Bought the vanilla and strawberry both very good . I like it better than ensure . Still don’t buy chocolate unless I can taste it I’ve had some horrible ones

I think the green bottle of Boost tastes better than any of the others. I drink one every morning just like my Doctor recommended.
