Initial Perceived Quality: This set was boxed very nicely in a blue Grohe box. Upon opening the box, you are greeted by smaller white boxes holding these fixtures. Upon removing them from the box, the fixture gleamed in the light. They’re metal in a chrome finish and simply look stunning! Installation and function: These install by drilling screws into studs or using the included hardware to mount the baseplate to the walls. The fixtures mount to the baseplate and a set screw on the bottom of the fixture is tightened to secure the unit to the baseplate. Once installed correctly, they feel solid and keep the accompanying towel or roll without fail in any way. Verdict: This is an expensive, but extremely nice set.
