rolled my ankle during basketball really bad (severe bruising, swelling, need crutches), and had to run a half marathon 4 months afterwards used the brace to help recovery process eventually began to slowly ease into running again with the help of the brace ankle wasn't fully healed come half marathon, but with the brace it was pretty much 100% for running purposes got through the training and half marathon with no pain while wearing the brace still in great condition

This is an amazing brace. I have a severe ankle sprain with a bone chop rubbing a ligament and need to stabilize my ankle for 3 weeks. I bought this brace because I also have a new puppy that needs walking and playing with!! It’s fantastic for walks and light play! I couldn’t have managed without it. I can’t wear it all day just because it’s built for activity but I slip on my other one when hanging around at home or at my office job.

I play tennis regularly and sprained my ankle. Needed a ankle brace that will give the confidence of not getting injured and be competitive in the game. This brace gave me that ... stability ... good range of motion and still with good level of comfort. Feels very good on the ankle and the confidence to play great !!!
