more bubbles than a piece of Swiss cheese
Maybe I'm expecting too much, haven't tried them yet but my first impression is that they are not well-manufactured. They have dozens of pretty large bubbles all over the side walls, including some that are about 3mm in diameter. Looks like bad mold flow to me and it makes we wonder if they are like that through and through. I expected better from a $60+ set of wheels and I cannot recall ever seeing bubbles like this with any of the other wheels I've bought, even the cheapest sets...

Great Grip! Rough blacktop or concrete these bite!
Love the durometer & feel of these wheels. The feel is very close to the softer indoor wheels from Labeda. I’ve used them a few times now and like how they feel “in” the road but aren’t so hard my legs become shock absorbers on patchy, or rough, blacktop. Definitely recommend & would buy again.

THE BEST OUTDOOR WHEELS
I've played roller and ice hockey for 20+ years but I needed outdoor wheels so I could skate with my siberian husky and not destroy my indoor wheels. We skate anywhere from 4-10 miles a day (as long as the pavement is dry). I am just now rotating them after about 5 months of heavy use. The wheels are incredibly durable and they roll very well. They also provide great grip when going around sharp corners while being pulled by my dog. Very reliable grip in my opinion. Again, as long as the wheels/pavement are completely dry, you can trust the wheels to not randomly make you slip and fall. I haven't had any big chunks break off or any other serious damaage/wear from manufactur's defects. With my current skating volume, I expect these to last another 1-2 years before needing to be replaced. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for outdoor wheels.

Hoping for the best
Bought these as replacements for my kid's Ripsticks. While the original Ripstick wheels lasted a long time, we've been having issues finding replacements that would last longer than a month. For the price you pay for some of these wheels that wear out so quickly, you'd almost be better off buying a new board. When I found these Labeda wheels I had high hopes because they are supposed to be specifically designed for use on asphalt. For the most part they seem to be holding up, however one of the 68 mm wheels didn't even last a month. Hugely disappointed by this. Perhaps it was just a manufacturing issue with that wheel, hoping the rest don't start to break down as quickly. The 80 mm for one of our larger boards seem to be holding up better. Wanted to give these 5 stars, but currently I can only go with 3 stars given that the one wheel didn't make it a month. Will be back to update with a higher or lower rating depending on how long the other wheels make it.

Decent but not amazing
I'm a fan of Labeda and most of their wheels and perhaps that's why I expected more from the outdoor wheels. Playing on semi smooth pavement, they wore pretty quickly. I play high level hockey and they required rotating after each skate (about 2 hours outdoors) in order to maximize the life of the wheel. Even with that, I got about 5 total skates until they were significantly worn. I should mention I weigh 200lbs so that does contribute to the wear.

Highly recommended for Ripstik users looking for speed and grip!
These wheels are beyond amazing! I own a couple Ripstiks and was looking for a wheel that wouldn't wear out as fast and could actually grip on outdoor surfaces. I tried another type before this one that had a hardness rating of 86A ( This has 84A). However, these hold up so much better, so I came to the conclusion that the "Labeda" name comes into play here. The material used on these wheels grips the asphalt and concrete so well I'm now able to do a 360 turn without any skidding, even while traveling quickly down a hill. After a couple hours of riding on them I could hardly notice any wear at all on them. When combined with Bones Super Swiss 6 Bearings (I HIGHLY recommend these! Link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FDQ0E2 ) the ride becomes so smooth it's like gliding on ice. I also saw a review stating that these 80mm wheels are too big for a ripstik. This is NOT true as they fit perfectly on both my DLX and standard Ripstik. This statement was probably for the smaller kiddy board, the Ripster.

Longer lasting than most
During this quarantine, my daughter has spent hours rollerblading in our driveway. So far, these wheels have been the longest lasting. To make them last longer, you really should rotate (which we haven't done) but I think that would make them last even longer. Very happy with the product and already plan to purchase again, when needed.

if you're 250+ I would find something less grippy for outdoors
I AM A BEGINNER. So as a 270 lb person my view is probably skewed. My back wheels on each skate have worn down a significant amount for less than an hour of skating. After 10 hours my only complaint, as a 270 lb man, they are too grippy if you are this heavy on asphalt, on a brushed finish concrete I've had the best amount of grip,
