I love these things I wish they were sold in a 100 pack I use them for everything you're not supposed to use them for lol no really they work really good when they come apart they don't try and kill you, you can use them all the way down to the end, if you used correctly try not to put too much pressure on it and be aware of your speed for what you're cutting and they will last all the way to the last bit. Have used them on 304 stainless mild steel ABS plastic and some other weird soft rubber plastic don't know what it's called lol cut and or melted them all fine lol

These will cut through thick steel just fine at 45000 rpm, but they wear down fast, good quality cutting wheels though, better than many others out there.

These cut great! They last much longer than the non reinforced type, which sometimes can be seconds. They're much tougher and far less brittle. I will stick with the older old style manual mount type. It's the same disk without quick mount, they screw on disk. They are a much better value. Many more disks for much less cost. Same brand and quality. Is slight ease of use worth the cost? Lastly they cut cleanly, and can smooth sharp edges.

Love these cutoff wheels! I especially appreciate the quick change feature; before I discovered these, it seems that I spent my valuable time unscrewing the top of the mandrel and painstakingly threading the tiny screw through the new cutoff wheel, and heaven forbid if you tighten it too much. The wheel would crack, and then you start all over again. I find the method of attachment to be easy and quick. Then why the 4 star review, instead of 5? Although they are a pleasure to use and enable me to do my work better and quicker, there are a few “flaws” that could be improved upon. Dremel, take heed… For a “heavy duty” cutoff wheel, these things are snowflakes. Granted, the wheel itself is capable of most things asked of it, but the fittings are unbelievably delicate. If the prongs are not getting loose, the entire circular fitting attached to the prongs often decides to shear off of the wheel, rendering it useless. I am extra careful, well remembering how many of these things I’ve had to throw away because of their delicacy, but the fittings will still disengage with very little provocation. And heaven forbid you try to carry around your Dremel tool with the wheel assembly still in it. No matter how careful you are with it, when you reach for it, you will find a loose wheel spinning around those brass fittings. I hate that I have the unbelievably great cordless Dremel tool (ok, I have 2 of them-one should always have backup) and its versatility is diminished that one must handle those wheels with kid gloves. Very frustrating, as these things are not cheap. Still, for my purposes, I’ve not found anything better, so I continue to buy and use them. This product could be a solid 5 star item, if Dremel would just address the attachment aspect.

Get these, using high speed air pencil grinder and the special dremel chuck, magic. Cut off two Jeep JK rear axle bearing retainers and races using only 1.5 of these disks. Great for fine cuts or in tight spaces, last surprisingly long time. Great non slip chuck system as well.

I use these cutting wheels on my Dremel a lot. They function and hold up well even at high speeds!

These are much better cutoff wheels than the smaller ones that screw on to the end of the old original mandril. Easier to mount and replace with the new mounting base. The pack is an economical solution. Happy with the purchase

These are simply the best thing I have ever bought for the Dremel I use these all the time, they are much better and stronger than the fine/thin ones that come with the Dremel. I have used them to grind the rivets on a motorcycle chain, cut tubing, grind weld splatter, there are a ton of uses.
